Rustic Vintage Wedding at Harn Homestead | Hannah + Caleb

There is always something enchanting that happens at wedding ceremonies, and at one special wedding the magic sparked between Hannah and Caleb. On December 30, 2012, while both attended a wedding celebration for Caleb’s cousin, the two met and quickly hit it off. Soon after their first encounter, Hannah and Caleb starting hanging out and decided to start dating. After dating a while, Caleb was determined to call Hannah his wife. While Hannah thought Caleb was taking her to dinner for her birthday, Caleb had a different idea. Atop the highest-standing building in downtown Oklahoma City, in the Vast Restaurant, Caleb romantically proposed to Hannah. The special moment was captured by Anna Lee Media, whom the couple had already discussed wanting to photograph their wedding one day. The two celebrated the night and were eager to start planning their fairytale ceremony!

Hannah and Caleb were married on June 6, 2014, at the Harn Homestead. The beautiful bride wore a Maggie Sottero bridal gown adorned with dreamy lace and tulle silk. The gown had a V-neckline and cap sleeves featuring a separate satin Vogue slip gown that was worn below. The dress had an alluring open back finished with a button over zipper closure. Her headpiece was made up of romantic florals and crystals from Moliere Bridal. To add a little extra glam to her look, Hannah wore a crystal belt. Finishing her wedding ensemble, the bride wore crystal drop earrings and a monogrammed gold ring with a “C” in honor of her grandmother. She carried a beautiful bouquet filled with white peonies, garden roses, coral tulips, Queen Anne’s lace, chamomile, stock and peach colored hypericum berries created by her mother and one of her wedding coordinators.

As tradition, the couple preformed communion and led family and friends in worship songs. The bride and groom made almost all of the wedding décor with help from family and friends. The bride’s mother made the floral arrangement that hung over the gazebo where the couple said, “I do.”

At their reception, the couple danced the night away with loved ones. Their first dance together was to “I Will be Here” by Steven Curtis Chapman. When reminiscing on their special day, Hannah says her most memorable moment was watching her new husband play electric guitar with the cover band at the reception. After a night of celebration, the newlyweds escaped to Playa Mujeres, Mexico, where they enjoyed their new titles of Mr. and Mrs. They currently reside in Oklahoma City.
