From the photographer, Danielle Villemarette & Co.: “Merrick Hollow is a gorgeous modern venue that has a treehouse feel to while all the beautiful white space and modern/minimalist touches for any bride or groom to create their dream. They offer two locations for a ceremony to take place (a beautiful outdoor area surrounded by trees and an indoor area with a large statement window as a backdrop). When creating the styled shoot design, we wanted to play on the modern minimalism of the venue. With fall quickly approaching, we decided to bring rich plum tones, while still keeping the colors bright, and applicable to the spring, summer, or fall months. With the July heat being in full force, we chose to keep the ceremony and reception tablescape inside, while using the outdoor spaces for portraits and to enjoy the Bubbles and Brew mobile bar.”
