An Irresistible Pampas Grass Wedding for a Boho Glam Bride

Sheay and Gabriel give us all the boho magic with their irresistible pampas grass wedding at Dream Point Ranch. The couple met at a Stillwater staple restaurant, Cafe 88, while they were in school at OSU. Gabriel was working at the restaurant at the time before leaving for medical school the following fall. Sheay became an avid visitor at the restaurant to flirt with the “Cafe 88 boy,” which eventually paid off and led to their first date. The couple has been together since their first date in 2018.

As Sheay and Gabriel began their wedding planning process, Sheay learned how much her husband loved and supported her. Gabriel supported all of Sheay’s ideas, like having pampas grass around their house 24/7 and bringing her coffee during late-night wedding project nights. However, Sheay is no stranger to wedding planning and worked with her boss/bestie Malyn Made to create her dream wedding with planning and florals. Together they made six pampas grass chandeliers, bohemian floral arrangements, and a massive dessert wall that featured yummy desserts and cake from Sweet Devotion Cakery. Finally, the boho wedding was complete with decor and rentals from Party Pro Rents. Sheay’s favorite memory of the day was walking down the aisle with her mom to marry the love of her life. Sheay said, “I do” in a gown and veil from Chantilly Couture, and we are obsessed with her boho glam bridal look. I did not want any greenery in our florals whatsoever and this hadn’t been done before, so it was a challenge for both us to find which types of flowers would really stand out! She had this amazing idea of using our grid walls and acrylic floating shelves to be our dessert wall and they looked like they were floating on this floral wall of gorgeousness!!!”
