This pair’s story first began when they met as freshmen in high school, but they didn’t date until senior year! Benjamin popped the question one Valentine’s Day when he led Katlyn on an exciting and romantic scavenger hunt that involved both parties’ families. The hunt concluded at the bride’s parents’ house where she was led downstairs. Benjamin was waiting and asked Katlyn to marry him, with family all around to experience the moment and celebrate with them. From the bride on her favorite memory: “The entire day was amazing and I could pick so many different moments, but I think both of our anxieties and affections were brought to a point when we said ‘I do’ and became husband and wife. As we were walking away from the altar, I saw my husband and all of our family and friends taking part and being present in that amazing moment, and I felt so much love!”
