Recapping Our 2025 Book of Weddings Release Events

It’s always an exciting time for Oklahoma brides and wedding vendors when we unveil the latest edition of the Oklahoma Book of Weddings! This January, we had the privilege of celebrating our 2025 release with two incredible events in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Both gatherings highlighted the creativity, expertise, and innovation of some of the state’s finest wedding professionals. These unforgettable celebrations set the tone for another inspiring year in the Oklahoma wedding industry, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s to come. Join us as we reflect on these remarkable events and the talented vendors who helped bring them to life!

The cover couple, Abigail and Noah Erb (known and loved from Bachelor Nation!), made a special appearance at our Tulsa event! At both events, we were honored to have a representative from Hearts for Hearing share their inspiring mission. This organization holds a special place in the heart of our cover bride, Abigail, as she was the first deaf contestant to appear on The Bachelor. In support, Wed Society Oklahoma is donating $1 from every magazine sold during the first three months to Hearts for Hearing.

Oklahoma City Book of Weddings Event

Oklahoma City Event Highlights:

From the moment guests arrived at The Bower, they were immersed in a thoughtfully designed experience. A fun balloon arch from Balloon Therapy framed the Aero Coffee Bar cart at the entrance, offering a warm welcome and a perfect spot to grab a delicious cup of coffee. The Bower’s stylish and versatile space set the stage for an unforgettable celebration, enhanced by chic rentals and decor from Marianne’s Rentals.

Throughout the event, QS Culinary served an incredible spread that had guests coming back for more, while Fig & Foundry kept the drinks flowing with handcrafted cocktails. Aero Coffee Bar provided the perfect caffeine boost, and Mishelle Handy Cakes wowed everyone with an array of beautifully crafted desserts.

The energy remained high thanks to the smooth sounds of saxophonist Vearl T., creating the perfect backdrop for mingling and celebrating. Guests also enjoyed live sketches from Elton Fine Art, adding a fun and interactive element. Poppy Lane Design’s stunning floral arrangements brought an elegant touch to every corner of the venue, and Harper Mae Events planned the entire event and ensured it ran smoothly from start to finish.

Bree Smith Photography beautifully captured every last detail, while Curly Cue Films created dynamic content to relive the day. One of the highlights of the event was a raffle for a hand-painted champagne bottle by Alexa’s Illustrations, with the winner’s name added to the design. Paper + More’s beautiful high-quality signage added the perfect touch, tying all the details together.

Tulsa Book of Weddings Event

Tulsa Event Highlights:

Our Tulsa celebration was equally extraordinary, hosted at the iconic Mayo Hotel. This elegant venue served as the perfect backdrop for a day filled with excitement and celebration. The setting was further enhanced by stunning floral arrangements from Robyn’s Flower Garden, adding vibrant colors and texture to the event.

Marianne’s Rentals once again transformed the space with their stylish and functional pieces, while Balloon Therapy’s striking balloon installations added a fun and festive vibe. Harper Mae Events expertly planned and executed every detail, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for all attendees.

The entertainment for the day was truly exceptional. Vearl T. once again brought his incredible talent to the stage, captivating the audience with his live performance. A Call to Create added a unique artistic touch, creating stunning live sketches of guests throughout the event.

Guests indulged in a top-tier catering experience provided by The Mayo Hotel, which also handled the expert bartending services. Aero Coffee Bar kept guests refreshed with their signature brews, while Sweet Devotion Cakery provided an irresistible selection of desserts. Paper + More’s custom signage added a fun and polished touch to the event design.

Capturing every special moment, Emily Steward Photography beautifully documented the evening, ensuring that every memory was preserved in detail. Curly Cue Films worked behind the scenes to create engaging content that highlighted the magic of the day.
